We invite all visitors to, or users of, the Site (“You”) to carefully review these Site terms of use (“Terms of Use”) and the Privacy Policy before continuing to access or use the Site. The Hustle Grant will have the right to claim ownership at any time of its proprietary Content published on the Site and to oppose any use of its proprietary Content that is not expressly permitted by The Hustle Grant.
Third Party Content: The Site may contain content created by third parties, information obtained from public sources and/or links to external websites or web pages operated by third parties (the “Third Party Content”). You may not use anyone else’s password or Account (as defined below);
(v) (1) probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or any network connected to the Site, nor breach any security or authentication measures on the Site; or (2) use the Site or the Content for any unlawful purposes or for any purposes not allowed by these Terms of Use or for soliciting the performance of any illegal activity or for any other activity which infringes the rights of The Hustle Grant or others; or
(vi) you agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere, or attempt to interfere, with the proper working of the Site or with any other person’s use of the Site.
Any other use of the Content or material on this Site, including reproduction for purposes other than Your private, personal and non-commercial use, modification, distribution or republication, without the express prior
written consent of The Hustle Grant, is strictly prohibited. Your limited right to use the Content and the Site terminates automatically, without notice to You, if You breach any of these Terms of Use.
Registration and Accounts: You acknowledge and agree that to access certain locations or features of the Site, You may need to register and create an account (“Account”). Thereafter, You may need to provide certain Personal Data (as defined in the Privacy Policy), as well as a user name and a password, to access such locations or features of the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your user name and password, and You will be responsible for all activities that occur under Your Account or user name. Privacy: Personal Data that You are required to provide to The Hustle Grant through the Site shall be subject to the Privacy Policy, available and downloadable on the Site. The User Content posted by Members or other third parties does not necessarily represent the views or opinions of The Hustle Grant, and under no circumstances will The Hustle Grant be liable in any way for any User Content, including, but not limited to, any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any User Content posted, emailed, or otherwise transmitted via the Site. Termination
The Hustle Grant may, at its sole discretion, terminate, limit or suspend Your access or use of the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, if The Hustle Grant has reason to believe that You have breached any of these Terms of Use.
Upon termination, Your right to access or use the Site or any Content will immediately cease, and The Hustle Grant may deactivate or delete Your Account and all related information and/or files in Your Account and/or bar any further access or use of the Site or any Content. Miscellaneous

The Hustle Grant may disclose any information we have about You (including Your identity) if we determine that such disclosure is necessary in connection with any investigation or complaint regarding Your use of the Site, or to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) The Hustle Grant’s rights or property, or the rights or property of visitors to or users of the Site, including The Hustle Grant’s customers. The Hustle Grant reserves the right at all times to disclose any information that The Hustle Grant deems necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. You agree that The Hustle Grant may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate Your access to the Site, for cause, which includes (but is not limited to) (1) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (2) a request by You (self-initiated account deletions), (3) discontinuance or material modification of the Site or any service offered on or through the Site, or (4) unexpected technical issues or problems.
If The Hustle Grant does take any legal action against You as a result of Your violation of these Terms of Use, The Hustle Grant will be entitled to recover from You, and You agree to pay, all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief granted to The Hustle Grant. You agree that The Hustle Grant will not be liable to You or to any third party for termination of Your access to the Site as a result of any violation of these Terms of Use.
You agree that Your use of the Site may be subject to export controls imposed by the United States and that diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited. You represent and warrant that You are not on the United States Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the United States Commerce Department’s Table of Deny Orders or prohibited under any applicable law from conducting business with or receiving products or services from U.S. companies.
